In a living room full of buzzing noise from the fish tank's water pump and the weight of tropical humidity, a couple let out their frustration at each other. The camera fixates on Ha, who is at the receiving end of Linh's relentless questioning. Punctuating the tense atmosphere are close-ups of a pair of blood-red parrots who seems to be kissing each other. Just as the fish fight because they are too close in a tank, humans pick a quarrel out of an intimate understanding that can at times feels suffocating.
